AugustaAI — 1-Page Client Service Agreement
Plain-English service terms for dental clinics:
1. Scope of Service
AugustaAI provides a custom-configured AI voice receptionist (“Augusta”) for after-hours and daytime overflow call answering, priority booking intake, SMS confirmations, clinic portal access, and monthly value reporting.
2. Investment & Billing
One-time setup fee of $750 CAD (Founding Rate; regular $1500 CAD) due upon signing; $450 CAD/month recurring starting upon Go-Live, including up to 600 AI voice minutes/month ($0.32/min overage). Month-to-month, cancel anytime with 15 days’ notice.
3. The 5-Booking 30-Day Guarantee
If Augusta captures fewer than 5 qualified patient booking requests during the first 30 days after Go-Live, the Month 2 retainer ($450 CAD) is waived in full.
4. Non-Clinical Scope & AI Disclosure
Augusta discloses its AI identity on every call and performs administrative scheduling and triage only. It never provides medical diagnosis or clinical advice.
5. Data Privacy & Canadian Residency
Only minimum scheduling data (Name, Phone Number, Reason for Visit, and Preferred Time Window) is collected and stored in encrypted Canadian data centres.
6. Clinic Control & Support
The clinic retains full ownership of its main phone number. Updates to hours, holiday closures, or clinic wording can be made anytime in the Clinic Portal or by contacting support.
